1. Website owner

This website is operated from Spain. In compliance with Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the owner's identification details are provided above.

2. Purpose

This website presents “Calm Compass Kids”, a digital support kit for families of kids with ADHD made up of a web app, PDF printables and a parents' guide.

3. Purchase, payment and delivery

Purchase, payment, invoicing and delivery of the files are handled through the Hotmart platform, which processes the order on behalf of the owner. Hotmart's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, shown on the checkout page, also apply to your purchase.

Guarantee: you have 15 days from your purchase to request a refund through Hotmart.

Personal use: the kit is for the purchasing family's use. Access to the app is activated with the purchase email and can be used on up to 3 devices. Reselling, sharing publicly or distributing the content is not allowed.

4. Important notice

Calm Compass Kids is a support tool for families. It does not diagnose, is not a treatment and does not replace the evaluation or care of health or education professionals.

5. Intellectual property

The texts, illustrations, characters, design, the app and the kit materials belong to the owner or are used under license. They may not be reproduced or distributed without permission. The cat sounds in the app come from free-to-use sound libraries (CC0 license).

6. Privacy and personal data

This website does not use its own cookies or any analytics tools. Visiting it does not mean giving us any personal information.

Free gift (calmcompasskids.store/gift): if you ask for the gift, we store your email, the date and your consent. We use it to send you the gift and, from time to time, tips about routines and parenting from Calm Compass Kids (a few emails a month at most). The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to calmcompasskids@outlook.com or by using the unsubscribe link in every email. The data is stored on the servers of Netlify (the website's hosting provider) and, to send emails, we may use an email service provider that complies with the GDPR. We never share or sell your email, and we keep it until you unsubscribe.

When you buy, Hotmart processes your purchase data under its own privacy policy. The owner receives your name and email to manage the purchase, give you access to the app and answer your questions. The email is also used to activate the app and check that the purchase is still active (it is not used for advertising).

App progress (profiles, stars, avatars, etc.) is stored only on your device and is never sent to any server. The app does not collect personal information from children.

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts; when it does, your browser connects to Google's servers, which may receive your IP address.

You can exercise your rights of access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction and portability by writing to calmcompasskids@outlook.com. We respond to these requests no matter where you live. If you feel your request was not handled properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

7. Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your country or state of residence.
